What data we collect

Data you provide. When you submit the contact form: full name, phone number, email address if given, and the message. The date and time of your consent are stored as well. Source data. Technical details are stored with the form so we can see how you reached the site: the Google click identifier, campaign parameters and search term, the landing page, the page the form was sent from, the referring site and the device type. Data collected automatically. Cookies and measurement services collect information about how the site is used, including IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and time spent.

Why we collect it

To contact you and reply to your interest in the residence. To measure advertising and understand which channels enquiries come from. To operate and improve the site. We do not run a mailing list and we do not send advertising. The details are used only to answer that enquiry.

The legal basis

Who receives the data

We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing. When a form is sent, the phone number is passed to Google as a one-way hash so the conversion can be attributed. Google does not receive the number in plain text.
